"Notion" refers to the third-party productivity application developed by Notion Labs, Inc., which is not affiliated with Savvey.
"Licence" refers to the personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right granted to you to use the Product under these Terms.
"Intellectual Property" refers to all copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and other proprietary rights relating to the Product and Website content.
"Personal Data" has the meaning given under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.
"Transaction" refers to any purchase made through Gumroad's platform.
3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

The Savvey Notion Template is a digital product designed to help individuals track, manage, and visualise their personal finances using the Notion application. Upon successful purchase through Gumroad, you will receive access to the template via a unique Notion duplicate link delivered to your email address.
4.2 Compatibility Requirements
To use the Product, you must have a valid Notion account (free or paid). Savvey is not affiliated with Notion Labs, Inc. and does not guarantee continued compatibility of the Product with future versions of Notion. We will endeavour to provide reasonable updates where feasible, but this is not guaranteed.
4.3 Product Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure that Product descriptions, screenshots, and promotional materials on our Website accurately represent the Product. However, we reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any features of the Product at any time without prior notice.
4.4 No Professional Advice
The Product is a personal organisation and tracking tool only. Nothing within the Product constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional for any financial decisions.
5. Ordering and Payment
5.1 How to Purchase
All purchases of the Product are made exclusively through Gumroad (gumroad.com), a third-party e-commerce platform. When you click the purchase link on our Website, you will be redirected to Gumroad's secure checkout page to complete your transaction.
An order is considered confirmed once Gumroad has successfully processed your payment and you receive a purchase confirmation from Gumroad.
5.2 Payment Processing by Gumroad
Savvey does not directly collect, process, or store any payment information. All payment processing, including the acceptance of credit cards, debit cards, and other supported payment methods, is handled entirely by Gumroad, Inc.
By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by Gumroad's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at https://gumroad.com/terms and https://gumroad.com/privacy respectively. Savvey has no control over and bears no responsibility for Gumroad's payment processing, fees, or related practices.
5.3 Pricing and Currency
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Gumroad checkout page. Gumroad may apply applicable taxes or fees at checkout depending on your location. We reserve the right to change the pricing of the Product at any time. The price displayed at the time of your purchase confirmation is the price you will pay.
5.4 Failed Transactions
If a payment fails or is declined during the Gumroad checkout process, your order will not be processed and no Product access will be granted. Please contact Gumroad's support or your payment provider for assistance with payment issues. For order-related issues, you may also contact us at the details provided in Section 14.
6. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment through Gumroad, you will receive an automated email from Gumroad containing a unique Notion template link that allows you to duplicate the Product into your own Notion workspace. Delivery is typically immediate but may take up to 24 hours in cases of technical delay.
It is your responsibility to ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct. Savvey is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address, your email provider's spam or filtering settings, or any issue with Gumroad's delivery system. If you do not receive your Product within 24 hours of purchase, please first check your spam folder, then contact us at the email address in Section 14 with your Gumroad order details.
7. Licence and Intellectual Property
7.1 Grant of Licence
Upon purchase and subject to these Terms, Savvey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7.2 Permitted Uses
Under this Licence, you may:
Duplicate the Notion template into your personal Notion workspace;
Customise and edit the template for your own personal financial tracking;
Use the template across your own personal devices and Notion accounts.
7.3 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT, without our express prior written consent:
Resell, sublicence, share, gift, or transfer the Product or your Gumroad access link to any other person;
Distribute, publish, or make the Product publicly available on any platform or medium;
Use the Product for any commercial purpose, including client services, agency use, or any revenue-generating activity;
Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Product for redistribution;
Remove any copyright notices, branding, or attribution from the Product.
7.4 Intellectual Property Ownership
The Product, Website content, branding, and all associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Savvey, protected under Malaysian and applicable international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7.5 Licence Termination
Your Licence terminates automatically upon breach of any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Product and delete all copies from your possession.
8. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the Product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed and the template link has been delivered.
By completing your purchase on Gumroad, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You have reviewed the Product description, screenshots, and all available information before purchasing;
You waive any cancellation or cooling-off period that may otherwise apply to digital content that has been accessed and delivered;
Technical issues arising from your Notion account, internet connection, device, or Gumroad platform are not grounds for a refund.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate accidental purchases or proven non-delivery), Savvey reserves the sole discretion to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To raise such a request, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your Gumroad order details. Please note that any refund approved by Savvey may be processed through Gumroad's refund mechanism and is subject to Gumroad's own refund policies.
9. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using our Website, you agree that you will not:
Use the Website or Product in any manner that violates applicable Malaysian or international laws;
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases;
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract content from the Website;

10.2 Marketing Communications

Savvey makes no representation that use of the Product will result in any specific financial outcome. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances and usage.
11.3 Third-Party Platforms
Savvey is not responsible for any interruptions, changes, or modifications made by Notion Labs, Inc. or Gumroad, Inc. that may affect the Product's functionality or your purchase experience. Your use of Notion and Gumroad is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
11.4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Savvey and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Product or Website, including any issues arising from Gumroad's platform.
In any event, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in the transaction giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Savvey and its owner(s) from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the Product or Website; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
